Instruserv Middle East Services (IMES) is commited to delivering highest standard of quality in instrument calibration and service which IMES provides to the customers. For this purpose we have established and implemented a formal quality system

This will be achieved by

Maintaining complaince to ISO 9001:2015 QMS requirements from TUV SUD Middle East certifying body and Accreditation requirements to ISO/IEC 17025:2017. General requirements for the competence of Instruserv from Emirates International Accreditation Centre (EIAC) Accreditation body.

Ensuring that Instruserv personnel are free from any commercial, financial and any other pressures that might affects their judgement to avoid involvement in any activities that would diminish confidence in its competence, impartiality , judgement or operational integrity and consistent operation of the laborartory.

Ensuring that Instruserv personnel or organizations external to the calibration body cannot influence the results of the calibration carried out, confidentially information obtained in the course of its calibration activities and to protect proprietary rights concerned parties

Continual improvement in the effectivenss of management system

Ensuring all staff familiarizes themselves with the content of the quality assurance manual and complies with the polices procedures and associated documentation and implement at all times

Providing a service built on a well-established Quality Management System meeting the requirements of both our customers and current regulations/ standards

Providing accurate and unbiased calibration results in accordance with the requirement of International or national or internal or Customer specified calibration methods

Undertaking assignments only where it has the required competent staff and calibrated equipment

Continous improvement in key processes through involvement in applicable Proficiency Testing Programs (PTP) & Inter-Laboratory Programs

Building staff through training and providing career growth opportunities to all employees

Improving portability of the company in accordance with guideline set by the shareholders each year

High quality calibrations and on-time delivery of calibration reports to the clients

Advising the customer where appropirate of potential problems detected as a result of calibration or investigation ina timely manner

Building up a risk based thinking on all involved activities to provide a valid result to minimize the risk to the customer
